As a disabled artist my artwork deals with many facets of human fragility concerning vulnerability. These have revolved around aspects of brutality, bullying as well a fear of the urban world. I am inspired by artists such as Yoko Ono, Cornelia Parker and Uta Barth. I am also influenced by contemporary philosophers involved in deconstructing social language.
I have been involved as an artist and adviser to Guy Tarrant's school projects: 'God Save the Pupils', 'Resistant materials', and 'School-Scapes' since 2001.
